This listing is for a vintage HAND MADE green slag glass hanging ceiling fixture from the 1900s/1910s.
Excellent for foyer, billiard/pool table, kitchen, or even a porch(if protected from the weather).
This lamp has been rewired, butretains its beautiful worn original patina finish.
It retains its original pull-chain socketwhich can be left in the ON positionshould you decide t...o wire it to a wall switch.
AS SHOWN, The height drop is about 31-1/2"
IT MAY BE SHORTENED TO ABOUT 18"(by removing chain links)
And there is enough extra wire toINCREASE THE DROP TO ABOUT 45"(should you decide to add some chain)
It measures about 14-1/4" square.(about a 20" diameter - corner to corner)
I wired this lamp to a dimmer for the photo shootto show how varying wattage affects appearance.
The light bulb is not included in this purchase.
This lamp takes a 75 watt max bulb.(If greater brightness is required, use a LED bulb)
All necessary mounting hardware is included.
If you would like to make a REASONABLE offer, feel free to message me.
Technical Note:On fixtures with an odd number of sides, the above given diameter is twice the largestmeasured radius, and not necessarily the distance across any one width of thefixture.(In other words, the stated diameter is thediameter of the smallest circle that wouldfit around the fixture.)All measurements are approximate.
