Card is sold "As Is", Card is Graded PSA 9 Mint. We do not offer refunds or cancellations on graded cards. You may notice some reflection or dust, they are not on card as you can see shadow or reflections meaning they are above the sleeve surface or on the case.ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. Due to the increasingly bad trend of buyers not reading our description or viewing the images properly we will not comply with requests to cancel the auctions after the fact.
