These Certificates were issued to wounded soldiers prior to the issuance of the Purple Heart. This one is a rare, issued to a Marine. The certificate is nicely framed in a period wooden frame. There is some period soiling or damage to the lower right, seen in pic #9, otherwise the poster is in nice clean condition. Unresearched. Can ship US Priority for $20, packaged with care.
