Up for auction is a Mini-Craft / American Flyer S gauge Mini-News Co. News Stand that is in its original box with its paper wrapper. As you can see, it is in very good condition. It is clean and appears to have all of its add-on items and may also have a few figures that are not original to the piece but have been added. The round Pepsi dispenser has come off but is present. Perhaps the biggest problem is the destination board for "Sleepy Hollow" that is present but broken off of the f...ront of the roof. I feel it could be glued back in place with little difficulty. I posted the photos in reverse order so the eighth photo shows the structure after it was unwrapped, with the next photo showing it as I opened the box. It is a very nice piece.

** When shipping via UPS we are not able to ship to P.O. or A.P.O Boxes. An actual street address is required.
PAYMENT POLICIES ** If you win multiple items do not pay until you have received an invoice from me combining shipping and handling costs.
** Full payment of invoice is expected within 7 days of sending your invoice. If we do not receive your payment in that time frame and you have not notified us of special circumstances, we will use the eBay Non Paying Bidder Alert system to remind you of your obligation.
** Payment - We prefer PayPal.** Pick-up at Nicholas Smith Trains, 2343 West Chester Pike, Bromall, PA 19008 with the option of additional payment arrangements can be accommodated.
** Pennsylvania residents will pay 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax. If you are a Pennsylvania business and have an exemption certificate you must contact me directly before the close of the auction to make arrangements to place your exemption certificate on file. Failure to forward you certificate as required will result in your being charged sales tax. IMPORTANT POLICIES ** We generally leave feedback after feedback is received from the purchaser.
** All sales are final and items are sold "as is" so please ask questions before bidding.
