We always pack our buildings very carefully to prevent damage in shipping, but please be aware that it is very possible pieces may break off during shipping since they are so fragile.... Some re-gluing once you receive them might be necessary, and probably should be expected. Please contact us if you receive a building that has extensive damage from shipping.
