I'm auctioning a Vintage 1944 SNAP-ON 71-15 15" 1/2" drive ratchet wrench with what I believe to be an uside doen "E" date code. It is in good noticeably used condition with heavy rusy on hsndle. Works well. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. I accept Paypal and I would expect payment within 7 days. Buyer pays for shipping and insurance when necessary.
