Here is a very well made timing instrument in its fitted case most likely for lab use.. This was sold by Arthur H. Thomas Co. Philadelphia USA a well known maker and seller of laboratory tools and equipment. This is a laboratory timer and was always well cared for. The timer is in a sealed metal case with bevel glass crystal and crisp silvered dial. The large sweep hand counts 60 seconds to 1/5 second. The small subsidiary dial counts the minutes up to 30. The movement has ...7 jewels and one adjust. This was made by Swiss maker J.Jaguet out of Switzerland. The bezel measures 2 1/2" in diameter. This is a quality built instrument made ca 1915.(?). This is a heavy timer from when things were made to last. A good one for your collection or use. Take a good look at all the photos for fuller description of condition.
