Description: For your consideration is a large (3.5 inches) 1300's to 1500's iron skeleton key. (Possibly even older).
This key is well over 500 years old and an extremely rare find. Very few, if any, are ever found in such good condition, considering most of them rusted away a long time ago. All of the bit teeth are still intact. There are no holes or cracks in the shaft. These types of keys were made for very important locks, given the size and bit complexity at the tim...e.
