Vintage Original Queensryche Operation: Mindcrime Live 1991 Concert Tour T-Shirt.
Personally purchased at Long Beach Arena, California show in December, 1991. Nice shape, graphics appear to have no cracks. Cut-off neckline and cropped waist. Original sizing was probably XL (modern day L). See actual photos and measurements for more details.

Approximate measurements (...taken with the item laying flat):
armpit to armpit: 19 1/2 inches
shoulder to shoulder (seam to seam): 18 1/2 inches
length (top center back to bottom): 22 inches
sleeve length (shoulder seam to end of cuff): 8 inches
