We do our best to photograph and/or list any areas of concern (dents, scratches, wear, chips, etc.) They came to us in the EXACT condition they are now, no modifications of any kind are made to ANY of our items and are sold “as is”. When we list items, we list them under the exact same brand tag that was on them when we purchased them. EX. if we purchase an item labeled Blenko, that is what we list the item as. We do not purposely list incorrect item names to purposefully deceive our buyers to gain more $ or attention. We know this happens, but we take our Business reputation very seriously and want our buyers to feel confident in us for what they are purchasing. However, sometimes we are wrong and the person we purchased from was wrong. An honest mistake on our part. Because of this, We ABSOLUTELY welcome other collectors or sellers knowledge on any of our items. If a change is needed, we do so immediately and then educate ourselves on that particular item and brand so we are able to identify items when or if we come across them again. When we say an item is in “excellent vintage condition”, or “Perfect vintage condition” we mean just that – it is in excellent condition for its age. We are very, very particular about what we buy and sell, and describe things to the best of our ability, in a fair and accurate way. Any and all photos of our items that we take for the item listings are NOT photoshopped or “doctored” in any way or manner. We use our camera on our iPhone Pro - it has 3 lenses and takes very detailed and clear photos. We use all natural lighting and are very knowledgeable of how to use the natural light for the best possible outcome for photos. Again, we NEVER “touch up”or “add effects or filters” to any photos of our items in any and all listings. If you are considering one of our items, PLEASE, closely review these photos and entire descriptions of the items you wish to purchase, and if you want other photos in different lighting or if you have questions about them, we will gladly answer them PRIOR to your buying! GLASS and CERAMICS: Pressed, molded and/or blown glass has imperfections from the delicate manufacturing process. These imperfections are inherited from production and are NOT considered damage. These very minor imperfections occur often, such as- small defects in hand painting/symmetry, color variations, lines from molds or creases, tiny air bubbles from blowing and/or small debris encased in glass is considered completely natural and is not going to be scrutinized or considered damaged. However, we will make note if we notice any larger imperfections that appear to be beyond the acceptable norm, as a defect. If it is damaged when it arrives, or is not what we described, tell us immediately and let us make it right. We do our best to ensure every order is perfect and every package is safe.
