It is in nice damage free shape with no chips or cracks or utensil marks. It is 2 3/4" tall.  I cannot find this bowl listed under Block Optic in 3 depression glass books authored by 3 different persons?  Colonial Block by Hazel Atlas lists a 7" bowl but this is not a Colonial Block. Perhaps it is an experimental piece or the authors all neglected to list it? If it is a look alike, it is old as you can see by the last picture that it glows under a black light.  It certai...nly will fit in with a Block Optic collection.
