We have for your viewing andbidding pleasure 8 and antique and/or vintage useable padlocks withkeys. The first is a padlock froma mining company that was in the area of the Black Hills of SouthDakota. On the front of the padlock it is stamped Property OfHomestake Mining Company. This mining company was located by Lead, South Dakota. It was closed quite a few years ago. The padlock showssome light use but is in good condition. We also believe it could bepossibly NOS (New Old Stock) and ...never used. Sideways it is 2 5/8”across. From the top of the loop to the bottom it measures 4” highand is 1” thick. The padlock with the 2 keys weighs 1 lb. 2.4 oz..The next padlocks that have names are SLAYMAKER SUPER, YALE, CODE, FRAIM and MASTER. Two do not have names.
