Hard to find Tina Cassini wearing her tagged outfit "The Wedding Gown" which is tagged MADE IN BRITISH CROWN COLONY OF HONG KONG Designed by Oleg Cassini; circa 1963, by Ross Products Creations, NY. Tina is 12" tall, hard plastic, vinyl head with rooted bubble cut pixie hairstyle in brunette, designed by fashion designer Oleg Cassini and named after his daughter Christina. Marked on back: TINA CASSINI Made in British Crown Colony of Hong Kong. Tina is wearing her original panties, doub...le strand pearl necklace and white pumps. The doll was introduced in 1964 and appeared in the Sears catalogue in 1965; she is very similar to Ideal’s Tammy and the British, Pedigree Sindy doll. Tina's facial coloring is very good with a tiny factory dent at the side of her nose; side glancing eyes with heavy black eyeliner and blue eye shadow. Her body is in excellent condition with no discolorations. All of Tina's outfits are original creations designed by Oleg Cassini. Each dolls face paint or makeup is hand painted which makes every Tina's face look differently. Comes to you from a smoke free-pet free environment.
