This is a Vintage Marked Sayco Patti Playpal Companion Doll. This Doll measures approximately 33 inches from top to bottom. Condition is Used but in Good condition. No cracks or stains found on this doll. Her right arm is a bit loose and doesn't want to stay up but the rest of her is tight. Her hair is natural with no plugs missing. Her dress is an 18 month baby dress and her panties are also a childs but I believe her shoes are authentic with her. She has no socks. P...lease see all pics as it is part of the description. She is marked Sayco on her neck below hairline as well as her back between shoulder blades.I have laundered her clothes but did not clean up the doll but she really doesn't need cleaning as she is so nice!
