This is an upcycled item, so most of the major pieces are preloved. All are in pre-cleaned and good used condition.
This set includes;
Decorated buildings, with Cath Kidston print on the clinic exterior, and individually cut and glued leaves and flowers forming window boxes on the house, with Cath Kidson trim on shutters.Both buildings are decorated with Cath Kidston prints inside. HOUSE: Handmade double bed with Cath Kidston duvet and pillows, 5 additional Cath Kidston cushions, armchair, cabinet, flower in vase, handmade Cath Kidston notebook, potted plant, oven, sink, dresser, cooking pot and kettle, plates, cups and bowls for 2, new 'gold' cutlery set, decorated dining table, 2 chairs, 2 handmade cushions, 2 vases of flowers, potted plant, loose food including cakes, bread, cheese, sausages, roll, selection of vegetables (potatoes, parsnip, carrots, chilli, onion, +++).All food items are new.CLINIC; reception desk and chair, waiting bench with 3 handmade cushions, bed with handmade Cath Kidston bedding, bottles of medicines, tablets, creams, syringe, clipboard and notes (some marks on paper), vase of flowers, pot plant.

Both these features give my properties their distinctive look.
