Here we have a rare a & unique Antique Composition Doll from the Late /early 1900s Gently used her facial features are bright & colorful- She has large, green, sleepy eyes, rosy red cheeks, an open mouth with 2 teeth showing & red heart shaped lips-Her body is cloth- All her fingers, toes are nice- She has some light crazing on her face -but her lips , cheeks, have good color tones - She is 24'' long -very large -(just the size of a life like baby-6-9 month...s)- HER HEAD NEEDS TLC-RESTORED-CRACKED-PEELING-FLAKED-PLEASE NOTE PHOTOS- An easy repair for the talented DOLL MAKER- She is wonderful AS IS-but a little TLC & RESTORATION ON HER HEAD would maker her perfect!!!! The crazing -the cracking head reflects the timeless history she has journeyed- I know she is from the early 1900s! She was acquired back East -in 1912- where she was passed down for generations- Her blue dress has red stars, overlaid with a lace apron-Her white lace bonnet covers her head- (Clothing modern day)I know nothing else about her , but she is a sweet, antique doll-nice large size -beautiful facial features-Dolls this size were usually set on beds-Should you know who she is -please let me know- Again she needs HEAD RESTORATION-TLC possible early Effanbee Doll Please contact me personally with any questions thoughts or concerns.
