Item: This is an adorable vintage African American Scootles doll. He is all composition. He is wearing an adorable sailor suit with a matching hat. He has knit one piece underwear, socks, & black shoes.Year or Era: 1940s'Size: About 13" tall. Condition: He is in good vintage condition but does have some paint rubs on his head, neck, fingers & toes. He also has a scratch on his foot. Please see photos. His stringing is tight. He is from a healthy non smoking environment.
