INCLUDES stacking base with four screw-in feet and two metal stacking pegs. AC Adapter to plug into wall (not an original American Girl adapter). Absolutely stunning detail!... Includes entire rooftop patio set, including pergola, three birdhouses (+ 3 extra birdhouses with some damage), Chinese Lanterns, topiaries, chairs, table, seat cushions, grape vines, floor, potted flowers, tulips in blue vase, railing.Condition is Used. There are signs of dust all over. The pergola itself is loose and the back legs fall off sometimes (as one piece). It is fine if left but if it’s moved around it comes apart.
