Vintage 1957 - 1960 Madam Alexander " Cissette " 10 Inch Red Dress With Tag

Up for your consideration is this 1958-1960's Vintage Madam Alexander Doll. Her name is Cissette. She has her original tag on her arm, also a MME Alexander on her upper back. Her head is a bit wobbly and loose. Her dress is red polished cotton full skirted dress with a sheer cotton voile bodice with lace trim around the neck and around the cuffs of the short puff sleeves. The blouse is yellowing due to age but I didn't want to wash it or try to take it off. The under-slip matched ...the fabric of the blouse and is also trimmed with the same lace. She wears white taffeta lace trimmed panties and nylon hose, she has lost her shoes! Additional accessories include, a black vinyl purse and pearl drop earrings. The dress is tagged with the Alexander Cissette label (see picture). Her facial coloring is terrific with full red lips, a hint of cheek blush, delicately painted lower lashes and slightly curved brown eye brows. Her blue sleep eyes are clear and bright and open and close easily with molded lashes intact. The doll and her outfit are in very good condition and come from a SMOKE FREE home.
