You are bidding on The Spritzer. Its a vintage Garden sprayer/duster. It works with liquids or dust. I am unsure how old it is or if it has been used much or not. Looks to be in pretty good condition based on the age. There is some scuffs and some discoloration where the instructions are especially, as well as some dings in the plastic from storage over the years. It still has the original paper around the top from when it was displayed in the store-...it is discolored. When the inner tube is pushed completely in(well as far as it goes in- reference the first picture) it is 33 inches long. The inner tube part where you add liquid or dust is 29 inches long. Instructions on how to use on the side of the tube but I cannot read them all as they are covered by the paper but from what I read you put liquid/dust in the inner tube and pump it to make it spray.
