Muted orange and white stripes flow beautifully to the top and end with a flared trumpet/ruffle top. The glass is thin and delicate. The color is bright and youthful. The vase has a traditional shape but a contemporary color which allows it be a colorful accent in all decors.
This vase is handblown, and you can still feel some of the scar on the bottom where it attached to the pontil rod while being blown, proof that it was handblown. There is a b...it of a dark mark on the bottom, perhaps from where it was buffed off.
