Here is a Vintage Universal surface gauge for machinist type work. It does not have a name on it, but It looks like the ones that Starrett made. The last photo is a piece I found that looks like someone made for this. I've seen people have turned these into little work bench lights. Great idea I think for any tool enthusiast. Other than no scribe included this is in excellent condition. No rust, or breaks anywhere. Everything except for the scribe is here.
