Antique Clay InkwellHandmade earthenware ink well 1880'sIt is cylindrical in shape with flat shoulder and a small neck Looks to be in beautiful condition with a brown and tan patina.There was no stopper cork in it when found.This small ink bottle was never supposed to last any longer than the ink in it. This bottle is in fabulous conditionHas tape or sticker residue in bottom.Measurements are: 2" tall x 1¾" wideSure you may be able to find other one's out there if you look h...ard enough ~ BUT YOU CAN'T FIND THEM IN THIS GREAT AS NEW CONDITION ~ That's the reason they are "RARE" and Highly Sought After ~ Once they are incollection's ~ THEY ARE OUT OF CIRCULATION ~ DON'T LET THESE SLIP BY ~ You don't want to put your foot in your butt later on for not fighting for this one.
