Here's a nice, little 7/8" cello button from the 1900 presidential campaign promoting republican candidates William McKinley and Theodore Roosevelt in a design with a red, white and blue ribbon and bow. It has a gold colored background since McKinley ran in 1896 and 1900 promoting the gold standard for U.S. currency, vs. his opponent, William J. Bryan, whose buttons often have a silver background since he promoted the 16 to one ratio of currency known as the silver standard. ...; With its Whitehead and Hoag back paper intact, this is in nice condition but please enlarge our images to judge condition for yourself so you can be happy with your purchase.
