Vintage S.H.E. Witch Pencil Topper Scandia house 1 1/2”. Her hair is white and seems to be cotton. marked "S.H.E. 1964" on the back. Bright blue spiral eyes. She does have a little discoloring under her nose (see picture) original felt black hat and orange poncho.Condition is Used.
