Antique Miniature French Dollhouse Distressed Chippy Green Tin Wash Stand 1920's
This is an incredible antique tin wash/bath stand. This stand was curated from a collection of pieces found in an Old Antique French doll house from the 1920's! I do not know if they are German pieces, but the actual dollhouse came directly from France. This dollhouse stand is chippy, and distressed but has great bones and has tons of potential to use like it is or to repaint, it is a wonderful piec...e to have survived this long. The former owner used this piece as it is and added fabulous old linen towels, bar soaps, flowers and canisters. It was used in a 1:12 scale house. Some pieces in this collection are slightly oversized, but not big enough to be considered 1:6.
This piece features a gorgeous, rusty, chippy spring green hue, with charming green painted column and vines patterns on the shaped backsplash. The center has a chippy, ivory water basin area, long thin leggy feet, and a lower shelf for additional display area. Luxe, unique and very old piece.
