This lovely antique antique Victorian stamp box is made of cut crystal and has a gold gilt frame.
It is in very good vintage condition with a possible chip on one of the four tapered corners--see photo.
I can't tell if this a chip on one particular corner or just a variation when originally made. This is a heavy piece.
The glass has a star burst design on the bottom.
Gold gilt is a beautiful, intricate design.
Hinged lid works perfectly.
Measures 4 1/8" long, 2 ...1/8' wide, 1 3/8" high.
