Fisher Space Pen with Case and Informational Paper.
It needs some work, the ink is either out or dry as I can not get it to write, the tip of the pen also retracts while trying to write. Not sure if I just didn't put it together correctly, or what.
The pen itself and the case are in very good condition along with the brochure. It is silver in color and the clip on the pin shows the symbol for a planet the the word "space".
