Lovely little Preston tool, no rust, pitting or damage. Still has 99% of its plating. Stamped with makers name and Rd. 393102. I'm assuming it's a depth gauge and you slide your rule into the middle and it's held in place with a steel spring and screw. The centre groove is 3/8" wide and 1/2" wide including the lugs - best seen in photo 4. A nice clean and rare item. Overseas bidders and domestic highlands and islands please email for postage quote.
