Jemerick Studio Art Pottery Vase
Description and Item Information
Up for sale is this beautiful Jemerick art pottery vase. Please excuse the glare in the photos. This arts and crafts style vase has a Grueby-influenced shape, with broad leaves and flower buds. The pot is softly-speckled matte green with greenish-yellow buds. It stands approximately 8 1/2 inches tall, and it has a maximum width of about 3 3/4 inches. Unpacked, it weighs 1 pound 14.9 ounces. This wo...uld be fine addition to a collection of arts and crafts revival pottery.
Identification
The base is marked with an incised, intertwined "SF" for Steve Frederick. It is also dated beneath, with what looks to say, "2002." Steve Frederick and Cherie Jemsek produced Jemerick Pottery in Saugerties, New York.
Condition
The vase looks very good overall, with no chips or cracks. It has very light wear. Variations in glazing are as made. Please review the photos, and ask any necessary questions prior to bidding or buying.
Terms of Sale
1. Payments
Taxes may be applicable. The correct shipping address must be included with payment. Contact the seller before bidding or buying to find out about acceptable payment methods for local pickups or deliveries. Payments must be received within three days of the end of the listing, unless prior arrangements have been made.
2. Shipping
Good packaging is included; double-boxing is not necessarily included. Framed art will not be shipped unframed. The seller usually ships on Mondays and Thursdays. The merchandise will normally be shipped on the seller's next shipping day after payment clears. The seller is not responsible for the transit time once the merchandise has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Shipping includes delivery to a physical address via a method of the seller's choice. If the buyer prefers a different shipping method other than that chosen by the seller, or if delivery is to a post office box, additional shipping costs may be required. At the seller's discretion, a signature may be required for delivery.
Shipping quotes must be requested prior to all international bidding or buying. For international shipping, there may be parcel size restrictions or prohibitions on certain classes of merchandise. Customs forms will not be falsified.
International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when the item is picked up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
