Pair Large Roseville Art Pottery Snowberry Persian Blue Vases IV2 - 12 VG
Item History & Price
The snowberry pattern was produced by Roseville circa 1947 and features clusters of white berries on brown forked branches and green leaves against a pastel Persian Blue background.
Both pieces Display Wonderfully with crisp molding and impressive colors.
They are both in Remarkable Condition, with no chips or cracks or damage ...or repairs. There is minor under-glaze crazing as expected from art pottery of this era. It doesn’t detract and only adds to the character and authenticity of the pair.
Each piece measures 12 ½ inches tall and 8 1/2 inches across at their widest point.
Pieces in this pattern in this fine condition are very hard to come by, and a matching pair like this is a truly rare discovery.
Both have a raised Roseville U.S.A. with IV2-12
The pair was a recent discovery at an estate sale near Lancaster, Pa. and they are fresh to market.
