Vintage brooch pendant. 18k white gold, aquamarine and diamonds. Made late 1950-60's. Maker signed H over W. Measurements: 21.22 ct aquamarine and 2.44 carats diamonds. Measures 1 3/4 inches (4.5cm) long and width is a little over 1 1/2 inches (4cm). Weighs 19.1 grams. Description: Made about the time of the first satellite in space, this is a stylised Sputnik or starburst brooch, popular during the 1960's. A wonderful, big, prominent and gorgeous aquamarine is totally attention grabb...ing for its bright shiny blue color. Radiating in multi levels are white gold rays terminating in beautifully cut, great color diamonds. The whole is totally stunning. Marks: 18k and H over W. Condition: good with negligible wear commensurate with age and use. Please see enlarged pictures and don't hesitate to ask questions which we will do our best to answer.
