DESCRIPTIONThree classic Argenta dishes, with mottled green glaze and applied silver decoration, by Gustavsberg. Consisting of: 1) a small bowl with an unusual design of concentric circles; this piece has a very rare hand-written mark in silver, suggesting it is a very early example (Argenta typically has a stamped mark in gold paint). 2) a scallop-shaped low dish with repeated small sprigs and silver all along the rim.3) a small round dish, also with repeated small sprigs... and silver all along the rim, but with incised lines all around the outside. Three delightful pieces of mid-century modern Swedish ceramic design.SIZE
