Here is an old, black and white photo of a young girl standing by a small table that has a teddy bear, some blocks and what I think is a cup and saucer on it. She looks to be maybe 3 or 4 years old, but, that is only a guess. On the back is written several names, mostly with the last name of Goldberg, and directions to where they live. In the upper corner it says Ida Goldberg, perhaps that is the little girls name? One name with directions written on the back i...s: Miss Celia Goldberg, Elizabeth Girls Hotel 307 E, 12th St. N.Y.C. Another is Miss Rose Goldberg Arbuilsel (not sure of that) Sea Hotel Jt. of East 23rd St. N.Y.C. take 23rd cross town car & it will take you in front of the boat hotel. The other name is Mrs. Epstein, and also gives some kind of directions. Not sure of all the words, the writing is hard to read, but, this was the closest I could get. This came from a box full of old photos from New York City, we are assuming that this could be from there, also. It measures about 5 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches and has a lot of soiled areas on it, as well as a crease down the middle. Some rough spots around the edges and corners. The back has all the writing on it in pencil. Interesting old photo for anyone tracing the Goldberg family tree, or possibly the Epstein family, or who just likes old photos with Teddy Bears.
