Vintage T. H. Witherby 1/8 " Mortise Chisel Pig Sticker Socket Woodworking Tool

This mortise chisel has a nice bold marking of T.H. Witherby. The T is a little worn but you can tell what it is. This is 1/8" wide and will need a new handle and a good honing. This chisel measures about 8 1/8" long and the inside diameter of the socket is about 1/2" wide. The shaft of this chisel has a very slight bow. Its very, very minor and will absolutely not affect use but is bowed just enough to see it while looking down the length of the chisel.Please do not forget to look clo...sely at any and all provided photos as they are a very important part of the description.
