Antique Lace Trimmed Red Dress For China Doll

This is a simple bright red antique doll dress, suitable, I think, for a china doll. This is machine sewn, using a drapey fabric I cannot identify, and trimmed with lace at the neckline, cuffs, waist, and bodice. This has both machine and hand sewing, and pins closed. It measures 2 1/2" across the shoulder, 2 1/2" from shoulder to waist, 8" from waist to hem, and about 6" around the waist. There are no holes or stains.
