Here is a Ladies Vintage ROLEX 18K Yellow Gold Dress Watch. Condition is Pre-owned. I’m not a watch expert. This watch has been in the family for decades. It is hand wound. Case diameter is about 15mm and thickness is 9.5 mm. The back is marked with the Rolex crown, 18K GOLD, PAT PEND R.W.CO.I don't have any way to safely remove the back of the watch. I can wind the watch and it does run, but I can't say for how long. The band is blue leather, it's about 7 3/4" long, 1/2"... wide and the gold clasp is marked ROLEX. I included more pictures but it is hard to photograph. There is a very light scratch on the crystal from the 11 o'clock position down to the 7 o'clock position which can't be photographed. Crystal is not chipped. Case is not dented. This watch does show normal signs of wear since it is at least 55 years old. It has not been worn for at least the last twenty years, just kept in a box.
