Stunningly pretty, believed to be 1920s or 30s, watch with 18J Patek Philippe movement and Tiffany Co. face. The case is personalized 1982. Both the band and case are marked 18K and have a hallmark I am not familiar with. There is a blue stone on the crown. The watch runs, although a little fast. The stem adjusts the hands with ease. The band is in good, wearable condition. I am not a jeweler or watch expert, so please don't hesitate to ask questions.
