Patek Philippe 18K white gold and wood pusher/stylus with an emerald tip for PP minute repeaters. The white gold version is also given for platinum PP minute repeater watches as platinum is too hard a material to be used on a gold or platinum case. My understanding is that this type of pusher/stylus is the type provided with PP minute repeaters and nothing else. The ring at the top has stamped 18K and PPCo along with Swiss gold marks. It has never been used.
