This watch is in very near mint condition with a mint hairline free porcelain dial. the movement is in mint physical and mechancial condition and is working perfectly in every way. it chimes out the hour, quarter hour then minutes in a beautiful loud chime. the chronograph starts, stops and resets perfectly and the watch keeps excellent time.The solid 14-karat gold case is near mint with just a few light insignificant tiny dings. virtually no wear on the original finish, stiff bow, per...fect hinges, the front cover pops open with a push of the button in the crown.The watch has gorgeous solid gold filigree minute and hour hands and blue steel chronograph and second hands. the gorgeous movement is protected with a glass crystal. there is an inscription on the inside of the front dust cover that is in another language. if someone can translate please email me the translation.This is a big huge watch and is over 2 inches in diameter not including the stem or crown or buttons. it weighs a staggering 127.2 grams!!The inside dust cover is signed “invicta repetition a minutes” and has awards from watch making dated 1895. this watch was made in the late 1890’s.
