Here we have a great pocket watch from the Civil War period. This a Waltham PS Bartlett model 57 with a serial number of 79, 064 dating the watch 1864. This is a nicely jeweled movement that is running well. The hinged open face case is coin silver and closes tight. The dial is great with no hairlines or damage. These are getting a lot harder to find and this is a perfect piece for the key wind pocket watch collector and/or Civil War reenactment.
