Each is 7/8” from 1910-1911 set of 204 buttons that included both small letter and large letter player names. Like the other 5 groups buttons being offered here simultaneously, these have clean back papers, an unstained photo of the player, some degree of gloss on the celluloid and a front surface with extensive crazing (i.e. many (mostly) tiny cracks in the celluloid). The crazing can be both seen and felt but the celluloid surface is not significantly lifting which means that the p...layer photo with last name and team name are all very clear. While the damage is significant, it is mostly evident only upon close inspection and the buttons certainly display well enough to serve as place holders until a better example is acquired. Players are: Bescher, Fromme, Griffith, Hoblitzell, McLean.
