Excellent Large Waltham William Ellery Gold Plated Full Hunter Pocket Watch in excellent age related condition & perfect working order.This watch winds smoothly & runs perfectly keeping good time. Bears the serial number 923927 on both covers.As you can see from the detailed pictures this watch is in very good age related condition throughout with less than normal signs of use, hinged back cover snaps closed tightly, front cover springs open perfectly to 90 degrees when top winder is ...pushed.Dial is in near mint condition with just the feintest of hairlines around the sub seconds dial.Fine movement bearing the makers name & serial number 2319887 has the original interior glass covering still in place & in perfect conditionCase bears the makers name Newport with Anchor trademark & must be very heavily gold plated, as there is some wear to the engine turning but absolutly no plating wear throuigh at all.Watch is wound by turning the top winder, hands are set by pulling out the 5 o clock bezel lever to engage & set hands.An excellent pocket watch still suitable for regular & practical use.Size: 53mm diameter, 78mm including loop, 17mm thick & weighs 126.3 grams.Please see all 24 images.
