I invite you to look at this old unsigned verge fuzee watch.
Please note: I have recently purchased a rather large hoard of mostly old pocket watches and pocket watch movements, most of which are old fuzee watch movements, pair cases, detent chronometers, chronograph and pair case watches. This includes watch movements from Switzerland, England, France, Ireland and Scandinavia besides American. I will be listing them in the months to come, so bookmark my lists and ...keep checking back to see what I put up, most of which will be started at $.99 with no reserve. Note too that I added a picture of just the various key wind watches from the hoard that I will be listing in the next few weeks. I have an almost equal number of stem winders too.
DIAL, HANDS & CRYSTAL:The beveled bulls eye glass crystal is in excellentcondition, no scratches, chips or cracks. It has a whiteporcelain dial with black Arabic numeral hour markers. hour and minute hands are in good condition.The dialis unsigned and is in poor condition with repairs at the winding hole.CASE: The brass Swing Out, open face case has a plain polish with jewels around the bezel, some are missing. The case is in average condition, normal wear. The case measures 49.43 mm in diameter not including the hinges or neck.MOVEMENT:The gilt key wind and key set verge fuzee movement is unsigned. Watch is not running but appears to be complete with a good staff and a good chain. Is good for parts or repair. I don't know my escapements as I should, so look closely and determine what it is for yourself. The collector who had this accumulation liked the unusual and knew what they were.SHIPPING - PAYMENT: Domestic shipping via First Class Mail insured with tracking number for about $8International shipping via First Class Mail international insured with tracking number actual shipping charges but about $16*** Please note that in this period of time with pandemic concerns, that international shipping is taking forever to reach it's destination.
