Historic original 19th century tintype photograph of a baby in a wicker baby carriage with his big brother standing alongside, circa 1860s.This is a vintage 1/6 plate tintype photo sized approximately 3 1/2" x 2 1/2." The boys' names are lightly scratched on the back of the tin and can be seen when tilted to the light: Carl and Kenneth Tintype photography began in 1856, although the peak years for tintyp...e card photography were 1860-1863. This photo is guaranteed to be old and original.The photo is in good condition with emulsion loss to the edges (primarily on the left side of the photograph) which does not significantly impact the image (see scanned photos).
