For sale is 2014 Forest River luxury fifth wheel trailer. If you are in a market for luxury full time trailer, this one ma be the one. It is approximately 40 feet long, with 3 slide outs, GVWR 16, 255, dry weight of 13, 070 Lb, 77 gl fresh, 80 gl grey and 40 gl black tanks. This trailer was nicely optioned with partial body paint, 6 point self leveling system, 2 Electric awning, 2 air conditions, Washer/Dryer hook ups, Slide-out toppers, Generator prep and much more. Inside featur...es large living area with Fireplace, TV and sofa bed (sofa needs to be reupholstered. In middle large kitchen with Island dinning area, large full residential refrigerator, pantry, all real wood interior and LED lighting. Roof is now solid and no leaks. Trailer was towed from Florida to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs and there is no financing available. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. This trailer was over $80, 000 when new, have it for a large discount. Trailer is sold AS-IS, It is currently not registered.
