Williamsburg Virginia Shields Tavern stoneware fish plate platter oval. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
The platter measures 11 1/2" by 8 1/4". Oval shape, nice restaurant quality platter. Great for seafood meals! The plate is in very good condition, glaze is great, slight wear marks from use - have to turn the platter at an angle to see them. No cracks or crazing. There is one small chip on the underside where there are sometimes marks o...n plates when manufactured in the kiln. See photo. This chip is on the underside of the plate, not on the edge or side. Great for lots of use or would make a great display plate!
