Gold favrile glass bowl from Louis Comfort Tiffany's studios. The bowl has a scallopped rim. It is marked LCT and numbered 4859 on the base. The outside surface has a gorgeous rose tinge. It is 6 inches in diameter, stands nearly 3 inches high and weighs about 1 lb.
The inside surface of the bowl shows some wear - possibly a previous owner was over-zealous with cleaning it. There are several small scratches on the outside surface and one noticeable bubble in the gl...ass. None of this detracts from the beauty of the bowl.
