PERSONALLY SIGNED JIM O'LEARY 1997 WATERFORD CRYSTAL BALUSTER FORM VASE CBF64 This wonderful Waterford vase is personally signed by Jim O'Leary, master cutter and director of design for Waterford starting in 1989. . This beautiful vase is quite substantial with diamond cuts at the base and fan cuts at the shoulder. It is 8" tall and 5-1/2" in diameter at the shoulder. The vase is signed Jim O'Leary 1997 just above the Waterford etch mark.... It has no damage.
