A striking blue and green Murano glass vase, made using the Sommerso technique. This technique involves submerging one color of glass into another. This heavy vase has been cut away to create an optical view into the layers. It measures 8 3/4" (22cm) tall and about 4 1/2" (11.5cm) wide. It weighs 5lbs 11oz. A the lip, the glass is 5/8" think. While the glass is intact and beautiful, there are some hard water mineral deposits toward the top of the vase. Perhaps you have a secret recipe ...to resolve the marks.
